Game recorder for Max Payne 1 & 2

I´m looking for a video game recorder for the Max Payne games.
I tried FRAPS but it really slows down the system.
The Xfire is not compatible with the games.

I don´t know which one will work.

Fraps only. Try to record with minimal requirements.

I've always used fraps for my Max Payne videos (http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=Baddieman).

Youtube's HQ/HD settings probably make this more difficult, but be prepared to turn your graphics settings way down (640x480, bilinear, no AA, and set to low graphics quality). Usually a smooth framerate trumps ultra sharp textures & particles - especially since details are lost through two levels of compression (my own, and then youtubes).

When you play the game: Low down your resolution. Not only in the game, but the whole screen itself. You'll get better quality videos with that and better FPS.
