A Thank You To Remedy

Even though I just registered on this site, I'm already noticing huge differences in the way things are run here. At other forums, like Bungie.net, the developers never really talk with their fanbase. In fact, rarely do I ever see them reply to simple questions that they can answer in one to two minutes. It really is refreshing to be a part of a truly interactive forum. So thanks Remedy.

By the way, Alan Wake looks incredible. It blends elements of games like Max Payne, Silent Hill, and that movie Secret Window, but comes out completely different and a hundred times better. From what I've seen, it captures an atmosphere more visceral (for lack of a better word) than any other game out there. Absolute brilliance.

I myself must say a deep thank you to Remedy. From their janitors to their lead writes, to their mixing engineers to their office assistants. Max payne got me hooked...Alan Wake upped the dose...& It's not even released yet.

I've never really seen much interaction with the team members of a gaming company & their audience. This alone inspires me to land that job that I plan on landing with their team, if all goes according to plan.

I'm not even where I want to be yet & I'm excited. It wasn't said properly before, so I'll say it now.

Thank you Remedy; for your hard work & outstanding quality. Thank you for your existence...for it is a beautiful thing.
