Now this looks cool.

It's out for both PS3 and Xbox 360. No doubt it will probably come out on the Revolution but everyones probably still under NDA so they wouldn't be able to reveal any titles planned for it.

And from the looks of it, none of those are in-game, they're just the cutscenes.

From the looks of it they are from ingame cutscene, running on the game engine, not prerendered. The control/camera system looks to be same as it was in RE4.

Too bad it doesn't look that much better than RE4 and the character seems to be new one too (or is it Chris?).

What I've read of this game now, it seems to be that the main characters is Chris and the game will continue the story of the characters of the original RE game, and clearing the mysteries of that game.

It happens in a deserted town in Africa and is somehow inspired by Black Hawk Down movie. Heat is one of the main factors of the game and the character may die to dehydration.

That's interesting. Glad that it will have the same control scheme as RE4, now they just need to fix the close camera view when you shoot.

looks wow... but who would be that guy? some new character? he doesn't look like leon... a bit like kevin (whateverhislastnamewas) from outbreak maybe...

No that's what was reported.

All pics and movies of it have been pulled though since they weren't supposed to get released and a proper trailer will be released soon.

only problem with seeing these screens so early is that I heard it is coming out in 2008, that is such a long time away. Teasing us sooo bad.

2008? Woah that seems too far away for something like this.. I'd say 2007 max.

In early press release (where these images were posted) someone from Capcom stated that normally developement of a game like this will take 3 to 4 years, so it could very well go to 2008 or even to 2009 before it's released.

But then again, how long have they already been working with it.

I read in a magazine they are estimating 2008, however I mean take a look at Resident Evil 4, that took forever to make and it was an amazing game.
