The first Alan fanart...?

Colored with Photoshop 7
Scetch, inking & coloring taked lesser than 5 hours (yeah I was lazy)

It doesn't look like him. No. NO. Absolutely NO.
There's nothing from on lineart, I can't couldn't do the stubble!

Don't whine about it please, cause I know this Alan doesn't HAVE IT. I didn't even had a good reason to sent this. But I did.

A stubble would make him look even bit like on those screencaps,
but no... this Alan looks like a kiddie. Not handsome (Alan = SWOOM).
Just cute. Kid. I hate this.

And I can't color skins. Duuhhh. Well, wish you don't criticize me in farest hell.

But it's still very good :) I was looking around your deviantart profile before and was wondering when you were going to draw an Alan Wake one :)

I'll add it to the fanart section soon as well.

Also for stubble a good trick is to add lots of noise and muck around with the brightness/contrast of the layer to break up the noise, then set the layer to Overlay or something like that. With a bit of blur as well on the noise it should look quite good.

actually i did another one some time after my first aw aw (alan wake artwork xD lol) but it was about one day after the deadline for contest..

ADM, i would appreciate it if you could add it to the gallery ;D

The picture suppost to show alan being in hospital, i dont really want to clean this one, so it looks very.. edgie and ... dirrty ;D maybe it fits with the athmosphere dunno.. i like it that way :D
