Thanks for the responses, guys.

I'd been working on this for some time, but stuff keeps getting in the way.

Its set directly following the events of the first game, obviously, at a time when Max is soon to be on trial, Bravura is chief of police and there is a power vacuum where the Punchinelo mob once was.

It was supposed to be a regular drawn strip, but the guy who was going to draw it backed out, so I'm doing it using screenshots from the 2nd game and some mods.

I hope to post the first episode online soon. Cheers!

Haha! I used to do that when I first got Max Payne 2, I used to bring up the console and enter the codes in to free the camera then change my character model and put them in situations, taking screengrabs, applying a sketch filter and make my own comic strips.....Alan Wake should have that too

Anyone know of a web venue to post this thing? I'm not too keen on Deviantart.

Tough crowd.

To be honest with you, the letters are too small for me and they are too many words to read per page. My advice? Use the white dialogue balloons.

But good idea man, I like the concept and the story.

Thanks for the feedback, guys.

I tried using word balloons, but they're more of a hassle than one would think, but I'll give it another try sometime.

The pages were supposed to be bigger, almost twice as big. Only they keep getting resized when I upload them to Photo Bucket.

Also, that's totally Alan Wake's book on the edge of the bar.

I like it. I thought Alan Wake's book was a nice touch.

Is that a reference to the Punisher in the page with the newspaper clippings?

I agree with the rest. The floating text works well for the inner monologue, mostly if its against a wide shot. But use word balloons for speach.

Thanks. Glad you noticed it. Love your work on the fjords and Naomi Watts, BTW.
