Avatar Award not unlocking

Is there a special way of making it unlock or something because I've put in the LCE disk and it won't unlock:(

Install the Developers Commentary from the bonus disk, and than start the game, and in the Options menu, make it Enable. You get the avatar award.
You can change it back to Disable right after, if you don't want it.
