Problem with DLC code

Dear Remedy Admins,
I acquired a new copy of Alan Wake upon release and it came with "the signal" DLC code, even though it hadnt been released yet. Now this code cannot be used for download of the content and I cannot input the same code again. After contacting Microsoft they said the issue was not to be resolved by them, but by Remedy instead. Can you guys help me? Thanks in advance.

If someone at Microsoft told you that, they are mistaken.

Let me be clear about this: when I say that Remedy can't resolve this, I mean this literally. We have no visibility to which codes have been used and which haven't, we have no list of users, or anything. We can't see that stuff any more than any normal user can. That information is in some Xbox LIVE database, which we don't have access to. Furthermore, we cannot generate new codes ourselves. None of the systems involved with delivering the DLC to you are owned or operated by Remedy.
