The first was released on May 4th, 2005. In exactly 3 weeks(21 days), it will be one year, and it will also be 6 days before E3. Hopefully we get some gameplay and voice overs and stuff like that.
21 days to go( or maybe 27, probably).

Yeah I think it's quite likely. The one year anniversary is on the 4th so I'd think something would happen then.
But otherwise most likely E3 or just a bit after.

Yeah, I can wait for e3 though, just 6 more days after that.

It's coming to a time when we simply NEED new information in any form. Then the floodgates will open once again. All I know is that it's going to be good no matter what.

I'm pretty sure we'll get a trailer, it is e3, also, what's good, tons of more stuff might come regurly, every once in a while, similar to MGS3, they showed some stuff, then every couple of months/weeks we got updates.

Next Thursday is the 1 year anniversary :D Not too long to wait.
But what if we don't get it? It would be a big disappointment.
( ;) )
The one-year anniversary of a trailer? Never thought people celebrated that :) Anyways - so they've been at E3 last year. It's likely they'll be at E3 this year as well, but they aren't obliged to, right? Last year was just an introduction to the game - I don't think we'll be seeing anything new until the game is really starting to come together.

It's the one year anniversary of Alan Wake being first announced.

Yeah, it's so close. If not then, then hopefully 6 days later at E3. But usually videogames have Pre-E3 impressions on gamespot and stuff, Scarface already had pre-e3 impressions. So did some other games that I didn't look at, so hopefully this will.
