Just the other day, I bought a new 250gb Xbox 360 holiday bundle that came with Forza 3 and a redemption code card to download Alan Wake. I entered the code and it started downloading, but once it reached 28% a message popped up saying "can't download Alan Wake", then the download was gone from my active download list. I have now tried three times restarting the download from my download history, but it keeps repeating the same message at 28%. Can anyone please give me some advice on fixing the problem?
