Can't load The Signal: HELP!

I keep getting an error when I boot up the game that said I can't load Downloadable Content Episode 1: The Signal. I got this episode free because I preordered a new copy. I deleted the content from my HDD, deleted the save file for this episode, and then redownloaded from the marketplace. Still gives me the same error on booting the game. Anyone have any suggestions.

That is weird. I couldn't even begin to help you as this is more of a technical issue with Xbox Live.

Your best bet is to call up your local Xbox Live Support line, they'll be able to assist you much better than anyone here would.

Are you trying to re download it onto another console?

Or did you redeem it on that console only?

If its on a diffrent console the try doing a lisence transfer on xbox.com

This thread was very helpful - since playing AW when it came out in 2010, I have gotten a new 360 console - had same issue and sure enough, just as suggested: xfer license under Accnt - and its ready to go - thanks all
