Bullet time isn't what made Max Payne enjoyable for me. It was the quality and depth of game that really grabbed me. Sure, Stranglehold might have a decent story and impressive visuals. But very few games have come close to the quality Remedy has given us.
Basically, the only real Max Payne 3 will be if Remedy is behind it.
