No DLC in brand new copy of Standard edition

Hi,

I bought a copy of Alan Wake on Amazon, it was new and perfectly sealed, but there was no DLC code inside. After reading the forums, I've noticed that many people are in the same situation as me. I have sent an e-mail to ADM with a scan of the bill two days ago, but I haven't got an answer yet. What should I do?

It can take up to a week before I respond to you. There are lots of emails I have to go through and as such it can take a while.
