No need. The logo is simply a graphic designing idea. The similarities are because of the glow, which is common in the graphic design world. The difference with this one is that this one here uses the lightning, and the game's uses the moonlight.

    The people are also different.
The game can take you in a journey of fantasy, cause your mind is the creator of fantasy !

Funnily enough, I was reading the wiki page of LucasArts and I never knew that Remedy was once in trouble with LucasArts for its logo.
      Check it out:

So, I just saw this cover in the window last night as I was walking past the bookstore. Have to say it does look like a pretty shameless copy (I mean flattering inspiration). Then again, the idea of suing people for copying ideas is a relatively new thing -- lots of great artists stole ideas and adapted them. Progress in art often comes on successive chains of influence and adaptation. One person comes up with an idea, another person builds on that idea and develops it further. Happens in science too.

One of my favourite pieces of advice comes from a televised acting tutorial Michael Caine did, where he said something like "If you see a piece of work you admire from another actor - steal it. STEAL IT! ... Because, they did."

Thankfully it seems the book itself has nothing in common with the game, and they already have an alternative cover.
