    Moonsorrow - Sankarihauta

So much feeling and nostalgia has been woven into these songs. When I listen to Moonsorrow I think I feel just that humble small spark of honor of being Finn, living in this cold world, to know where my roots are, who I am and where I come from.

There is just so many things that this song represents to me. Damn, I cry, it has been too long since I have listened to this...

A tale of a hero returning home, only to find bodies of a bloodshed, and his village in flames..

I don't even know why I'm listening to this. How did I get here, even? Oh man.

    Burial - NYC

Ambience from the solely lonely master of the British dubstep - William Bevan aka Burial.

Nearly got the Mercury Award several years ago.

The theme of Trine. Brings back memories. Not the song, but the themes it carries. RPG andventuring and stories.. Reminds me of the times we used to listen thief soundtrack for hours being lost in some weird land with no way home.

Home is where your heart is, and Trine has sure found my home.

    Björk - Enjoy

Imaginative 3D animation mixed with a fitting remix.

Some ideas for Alan Wake can be readily seen (e.g. an avalanche of letters )

    Possibly my band of 2011.

From their new album (songs for) The Last Werewolf, a concept album to accompany the novel of the same name. They characterise their music as 'antique beat' which consists of jazz influenced music with contemporary dance rhythms and minimalistic electronica. You'll have heard their music in L.A. Noire, notably Torched Song, which was written and produced by Steven Coates.

Not bad. All of those shots of LA are very nostalgic to me, I had spent some memorable times there.
